Summary: Jensen was one of New York's BigLaw rising star lawyers who'd maybe rubbed a few too many judges the wrong way with his showy "creative" courtroom tactics; so when he got caught literally with his pants down receiving "gratitude" in the courtroom stairwell from a client known for bilking his sugar-daddy boyfriends out of fortunes, he was banished to the world of public defense for six months to learn some humility.

Jared Padalecki, gorgeous, gold-digging ex-prostitute trophy husband of celebrity socialite Samantha Ferris-Hartley, has just been arrested for her brutal murder in their 5th Avenue home. The tabloids claim she was the ultimate philanderer and he had an incredible temper.

As Jensen quickly learns, you can't believe everything you read and even the people he thought he knew may not be what he expected by the time he finishes unraveling the mystery. The problem is: Is his attraction for his client getting in the way of accepting the truth?

We're all probably going to go out screaming, so the best thing to do prior to that is to try to try to pack that life with as much wonderfulnes, fun, productivity. Surround youself with people that are gonna fucking help you do that, you know, 'cause in this world, there's not a lot of support. There's a lot of negativity. There's a lot of fucking cynicism...

I'm looking for 3 - 5 j2 fans who loved the "old delicious" tagging functionality before last year's revamp and are interested in helping a fellow fanfic collector beta test a brand new community website -- Freckles & Dimples -- which will be a combination social bookmarking/social networking site.

I am looking for serious testers who are willing to create multiple test accounts, test the functionality, report bugs, report likes and dislikes, retest when bugs have been reportedly fixed by my development team. (Development is complete on the test server. Once testing is complete, everything will be moved to it's permanent home.)

Sam finds a half frozen, stark naked, mysterious stranger on his door step and plays the good Samaritan, taking him in.

Review: So, I don't read WIPs. When I stumble across one that looks promising, I put a track flag on the Master Post and keep an eye on it, and this is one of those stories that I kept a very close watch on -- and not just because the summary described Dean as "stark naked" and "mysterious stranger", though those were definitely eye-catching and imagination-catching. Virtualpersonal is actually one of the writers who made me feel Sam/Dean fic was a guilty pleasure rather than just something to feel guilty about when I first began reading Supernatural fanfic, and lady_fetish is a writer I've recently discovered, though her delicious kink has been around long before I was on the scene.

So...the story itself? Totally worth the wait. It was like Angel meets City of Angels meets Supernatural meets Christmas, but with porn. I don't really want to say any more because it'll give everything away but the way the porn is built into the story...it's not just thrown in there with a little plot around to give it some authenticity. Like I've discovered with most of lady_fetish's story's the porn itself is most often part of what drives the plot, makes it good and juicy and edibly angsty.
